Last Stop

St. Pete Florida car mirror view

On the road trip through Florida, one place especially, turned out to be a wonderful treat. I didn’t have any expectations when I insisted on a visit to St. Pete, I just wanted to make a quick stop in the city that has the same name as the one where I was born.

It was great! I ate the best Indian food EVER (@MoonUnderTheWater) after strolling the beautiful avenues and visiting the Salvador Dali Museum.

Ah!

And some Dali quotes:

Have no fear of perfection – you’ll never reach it.
The only difference between me and a madman is that I’m not mad.
Intelligence without ambition is a bird without wings.

    1. Aha! I know of Poynter (I read a book about photography and layout and they were referred to quite a lot). How cool that they having seminars in St. Pete. Are you a (photo)journalist? On my way to snook around on your blog 😉

  1. These are nice photos of the town. I so like the very homey look and oh my! that Indian food looks so delish. 😀

  2. Lovely photos. Wish I’d read this before I went – I’d have checked out that restaurant. I loved the city too – nice size, very pretty, art of all types and the wonderful Dali Museum. Could have stayed longer.
